It's amazing that the Government has just taken decades of work by pioneering artists who put Canada on the map culturally and flushed it down the toilet. Evidently this government doesn't want Canada to have an international presence, and does not value its cultural achievements. Nor does it want the taxpayer to have the benefit of cultural earnings that come in from abroad. Why not?
