GOOGLE OPT-OUT DEADLINE EXTENDED BY FOUR MONTHS!

American courts have confirmed that the new opt-out deadline for the Google Settlement is September 4, 2009. Fairness Hearings will now be held on October 7.

This extension provides the Union more time to answer your Google settlement questions. Please continue to send your Google questions to Deborah Windsor at the Union office.
