Patricia Quinlan
 
 
Patricia Quinlan was born on April 19, 1953, in Toronto, where she still lives with her husband Dennis Striukas and their son Kevin. She has a B.A, B.Ed. and M.Ed. from the University of Toronto. She has published twelve books for children and currently combines writing with occasional teaching for the Toronto District School Board. She is beginning to expand the range of her writing endeavors to include playwriting.
