Jane Barker Wright
 
 
Jane Barker Wright is perhaps Canada's slowest writer. She grew up in Ottawa and was educated at Queen's University, McArthur College of Education, and UBC. In 1988, her novel, The Tasmanian Tiger was published. Her new novel, The Understanding, is now available. She writes a semi-annual book column for the magazine, Horticulture.
