| Gordon Korman was born in Montreal on October 23, 1963. He began writing at age 12. He is the author of 23 books for children and young adults. He graduated with a B.F.A. from New York University in 1985. His future plans include more of the same and some screenwriting. He married Michelle Iserson of New York City in June 1996.
