Glen Sorestad
 
 
Glen Sorestad is a well known poet and former publisher who lives in Saskatoon. He is a Life Member of the League of Canadian Poets and in November 2000 became the first provincially appointed Poet Laureate in Canada. His poetry has appeared in literary magazines and anthologies throughout North America and in Europe; his short stories have been published, broadcast on radio and televised. He has authored over fifteen books and chapbooks of poetry. He has given over 300 public readings all over Canada and the United States, as well as in France, Norway, Finland and Slovenia.
