Elizabeth Kouhi

Elizabeth Kouhi was born in Lappe, Ontario and attended a one room school. She went to McGill University where she obtained a B.A. in 1949. She also earned a diploma from the Ontario College of Education in 1964. She taught elementary and secondary school for twenty years, after which she retired. She is married with four children and ten grandchildren. She is just finishing her fourth novel for children and continues to write poetry.
