Sue Ann Alderson
 
 
Sue Ann Alderson was born in New York in 1940 and moved to Vancouver, B.C. in 1967, where she has lived happily ever after. She is a professor in the University of British Columbia's Creative Writing Program and has had 16 books published for children. She also writes poetry for adults which has been published in journals in Canada, Ireland and the United States.
