Stephen Aitken
BIO
Biography

Stephen Aitken is an author, an award-winning artist/illustrator and science writer. Inspired by the wonders of nature. His articles and books have reached readers of all ages. Stephen has written and illustrated over 10 books on the impacts of climate change on living species. He has visited and studied the web of life in the forests, grasslands, deserts, oceans and mountaintops of the world. Stephen also writes and illustrates picture books, environmental fiction, narrative non-fiction and research articles. He is the co-founder and Executive Secretary of Biodiversity Conservancy International, a Canadian-based  charity, and Editorial Director of Biodiversity Journal.
