BIO
Biography

Andrew Steinmetz was born in Montreal in 1965. He strums the guitar and pushes a pen. He writes fiction, narrative non-fiction, memoir, poetry and songs. He’s been the lucky finalist of numerous prizes, including the Hilary Weston Writers' Trust Prize for Nonfiction, the Rogers Writers’ Trust Fiction Award, and the A.M. Klein prize for Poetry, and was the 2009 Winner of the City of Ottawa Book Award.
