Andrew Theobald studied at Mount Allison University and the University of New Brunswick before completing a PhD in history at Queen's University. Always fascinated by engaging stories, he especially enjoys helping make history accessible to a wide audience. He has also worked as a documentary film researcher and written numerous scholarly articles. His most recent book, "Dangerous Enemy Sympathizers" Canadian Internment Camp B, 1940-1945 (Goose Lane Editions, 2019), won the 2020 Democracy 250 Atlantic Book Award for Historical Writing.
