Donna Stewart

Donna Stewart

Donna Stewart was born in Wiarton, Ontario on the Bruce Peninsula. She holds a B.A. from the Univerisity of Waterloo, a Bachelor of Education from The University of Western Ontario, and a post-baccalaureate certificate in technology-based learning from Athabasca University. Donna writes fiction and non-fiction and has published novels for young readers, adult fiction and poetry. Donna writes from her home on the shores of Lake Huron, where she also works in tourism, after retiring from a career in public education. She finds that her ever changing view of the water and the power of Lake Huron can be either a distraction or an inspiration, depending on the day.
