Biography

Felicity Sidnell Reid’s poetry, fiction and non-fiction have been published in anthologies and on line journals. Her historical novel, Alone: A Winter in the Woods (Hidden Brook Press) set 1796 takes place on the shores of Presqu’ile bay. She is a contributor to and one of the editors of Hill Spirits I (Blue Denim Press,2012) Hill Spirits II (Blue Denim Press, 2015) and Hill Spirits III (Blue Denim Press, 2017) and Hill Spirits IV released by Blue Denim Press in 2019. She published a chapbook of poetry in 2021, (Glentula Press), entitled The Yellow Magnolia. Felicity is also co-host and co-producer of the radio series broadcast on Northumberland 89.7 FM, Word on the Hills (wordonthehills.com). She and colleagues, Gwynn Scheltema and Chris Cameron, interview regional authors, editors and others, involved in the world of words, and invite them to read from their work.
