Miriam Laundry is a sought-after speaker at schools nationwide. Best-selling author and mother of four, Miriam Laundry writes books that inspire and empower children to make choices that promote confidence, happiness and responsibility. Miriam is the creator of the I CAN children's book series. Her first book I CAN Believe in Myself set a Guinness World Record in May 2014 with a goal of empowering over 100,000 children to believe in themselves. I CAN Believe in Myself (grades 1-6) : Molly avoids speaking in front of the class until she learns she CAN. She invents a clever way to shred away her "I CAN't" The message: learning the first step to success; beleiving you CAN. Turning "I CAN'Ts" into "I CANs"

I CAN Make a Difference (grades 1-6) : Andy learns his own strengths and that he doesn't need money to make a difference. The Message: Using your Time, Treasures, and Talents to make a difference. 

I CAN Be Me (grades 1-6) : Maria learns that she is a little different... and that is OK! Everyone is a little different. The Message: Accepting yourself and learning to BE YOU.

The Big, Bad Bully (Grades 5-8) : A "bully story" with a twist! Follow a young girl struggle with bullying throughout school. One day she decides to stand up to her bully and discovers.... it is herself! The Message: Be aware of the words you are saying to yourself. Change your inner bully into an inner friend.
