N. J. Lindquist

N. J. Lindquist is an award-winning-author, a motivational speaker, and an empowering teacher who loves helping people tap into their creativity and become all they can be.

Her published work includes five YA novels (the 4-book Circle of Friends series and the standalone In Time of Trouble), five Hot Apple Cider anthologies, and numerous short stories, columns, and articles. She is currently blogging a memoir. 

As J. A. Menzies, she writes the Manziuk and Ryan mysteries.

Her most recent book is a middle grade fantasy (as J. Alana Menzies).

In 1999, N. J. and her husband Les created That's Life! Communications, an indie publishing company.

N. J. co-founded The Word Guild in 2002 and served in a leadership capacity for eleven years.

Originally from the prairies, N. J. and Les have lived in Markham, Ontario, since 1986.
