A limited edition, small press publication in celebration of The Writers’ Union of Canada’s 40th Anniversary, printed at the historic Coach House Printing in Toronto.
Originally published in 1971, Communion continues the story of Felix Oswald, introduced to readers in Five Legs, Graeme Gibson’s debut novel. Gibson went on to become a prominent novelist and one of the founders of The Writers’ Union of Canada.
Graeme Gibson attended TWUC’s 40th Anniversary AGM and OnWords Conference in Ottawa (May 30-June 2, 2013), and Communion (an excerpt) is his anniversary gift to the Union.
Everyone who attended the AGM and conference received a complimentary copy of the book.
Communion (an excerpt) is offered to the public for $20 (plus shipping and handling).
Members of The Writers’ Union of Canada may purchase the book for $5 (including shipping and handling).
