BIO
Biography

I am a writer, literary translator, and journalist. I am a co-founder and publisher of Accenti, an English-language cultural magazine, and of Longbridge Books, dedicated to the publication of works that celebrate cultural diversity. As a photojournalist for an international NGO since 2009, I have documented the plight of the poor and marginalized in such places as Chiapas, the Brazil-Venezuela border, the slums of Nairobi, South African townships, and the Mediterranean. I am currently working on a short story collection inspired by my travels.
