BIO
Biography

As a writer, editor, and strategic communicator, I'm passionate about helping people and organizations share their stories to achieve their desired outcomes. As a spiritual director and workshop facilitator, I help individuals and groups learn from their stories to build better lives and stronger communities.

I have provided writing, editing, and strategic communication support for many Canadian companies, government departments, agencies, magazines, and news outlets. I published two non-fiction books and have set aside my first novel to complete a third non-fiction book. I am also an experienced journalist who has worked at the Winnipeg Free Press, Canadian Press, CBC, and CTV's W5, and published in many print and online magazines, including Canadian Business, Chatelaine, Canadian Living, the Financial Times, Maclean's, the National Post, Prairie Fire, the Toronto Star, and Wealth Professional.
