Biography

Pamela Paterson, CBAP, LSSGB, PMP, APO, is an international best-selling author and a senior business analyst consultant for enterprise IT projects, working for organizations such as Red Cross, KPMG, PWC, Siemens, Hewlett-Packard, and the federal government. She is an award-winning speaker, has presented to thousands of business analysts at conferences and IIBA chapters in the U.S, Canada, Philippines, Europe, and Australia, and has written six books, two of them international best-sellers, including Creating Requirements for Software Projects: A Business Analyst’s Guide to Requirements Management.
