Carellin Brooks

Carellin Brooks served as the BC/Yukon regional representative on TWUC National Council (2013-2015). She was born in Vancouver and has lived in Ottawa, Montreal, New York, Oxford and London, UK, San Diego, Seattle, Japan, and Salt Lake City, Utah. She has a BA from McGill and a doctorate from Oxford. Brooks previously worked as the managing editor at New Star Books in Vancouver and as an instructor of Women in Literature. She serves on the Vancouver Library Board and teaches Arts Studies in Research and Writing, Writing for Graduate Students, and Jump Start at the University of British Columbia.
