Presentation Description

Grade 1 – 4

I I have found that children find the story behind the story far more fascinating than the story itself. Using ZOOM and a powerpoint presentation, I introduce myself briefly sharing some background information including a few illustrations from each of my published books that will depict in a humorous way what each story is about as well as the inspiration behind each story. I also do a reading from one of my stories titled ‘The Rabbit’s Race’ to show the research that I needed to do about rabbits, their behavior, and habitat. I use rabbit puppets to show the main differences between the two different rabbits in the story.
