
Edward Brown’s short story collection Playing Basra is published by Exile Editions. In 2016 he released On Toronto Train Bridges. Mr. Brown co-wrote the stage production, Many Rivers to Cross as well as several other performances. His writing appears in various publications including The Dalhousie Review, The Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, Exile, The Literary Quarterly, Spacing, and St. Joseph's Media. He was nominated for the Writers' Trust of Canada Journey Prize and won the Carter V. Cooper Fiction Prize. In 2018 his nonfiction work, I Am a Pedestrian was nominated for a Heritage Toronto Book Award. Edward Brown is a member of Canadian Freelance Guild.
