Presentation Description

Helping students understand how the mining industry works and how communities protect themselves in Canada. The presentation can be a formal lecture or interactive role play and can include a board game. Length can vary with need and audience.

Workshop Description:

The purpose of the workshop is to help students understand different perspectives on the mining industry and how it may impact their communities, including its effets for Indigenous peoples and the environment. The format would be developed in consultation with the shcool.
