KJ Aiello is a Toronto-based disabled writer and mental health advocate. KJ's work, including essays, op-eds, and book reviews has been featured in the Globe and Mail, Chatelaine,This Magazine, Toronto Life, the Loop, Room Magazine and others. KJ was a moderator at the 41st Toronto International Festival of Authors and the Festival of Literary Diversity (FOLD) in 2021. KJ holds a BA Honours from the University of Toronto, with specializations in political science, neuroscience and psychology, all of which inform KJ's writing.
