Nancy Graham is a Toronto writer whose first book "Afraid of the Day: a daughter's journey" is written from the vantage point of one who bears witness to her mother's recurring rollercoaster journeys into the deep dark hell of major depressive disorder through the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, and what it was like to be forced along for the ride.

She is currently at work on her first novel and is employed by the Toronto Public Library.
