As a writer, editor, and strategic communicator, I'm passionate about helping people and organizations share their stories to achieve their desired outcomes. As a spiritual director and workshop facilitator, I help individuals and groups learn from their stories to build better lives and stronger communities.

I have provided writing, editing, and strategic communication support for many Canadian companies, agencies, and magazines. I published two non-fiction books and am completing my first novel. I am also an experienced journalist who has worked at the Winnipeg Free Press, Canadian Press, CBC, and CTV's W-5, and published in many newspapers and magazines, including Canadian BusinessChatelaine, Canadian Living, Financial TimesMaclean'sNational PostPrairie Fire, and the Toronto Star.
