Sarah Emsley

Sarah Emsley was born in Edmonton and grew up in Halifax. After receiving her BA from the University of Alberta and her MA and PhD from Dalhousie University, she held a postdoctoral fellowship at the Rothermere American Institute, University of Oxford, and then taught in the writing program at Harvard University. She lives with her family in Halifax, and is currently working on a novel.
