Paul Ownman
BIO
Biography

Paul Ownman has been an educator, coach, and parent for over thirty-five years. His father, who was a welder, had a wonderful gift for writing which greatly influenced Paul. However, it was a pig farmer from Johnson township that really got the ball rolling when he read "The Open Window" by H.H. Munro (Saki) to him, motivating Paul to write, "Revenge is Sweet", when he was twelve years old. Paul has been dabbling ever since and published "Bullies" in 2016 and "Trees For the Forest" in 2022. Paul has four children and lives with wife, Winona, and their dog, Hacksaw, amongst the trees of central Ontario. He is currently working on a short story anthology, ("Twist") that will be ready for publication in the near future.
