Biography

Dr. Renée von Paschen, (M.A.): Born in Canada, at home in North America and Europe, Renée is a writer, poet, literary translator, editor and screenwriter. PhD in Theater, Film & Media, Univ. of Vienna; M.A. in Gender Studies. Literary Translator's Fellowship at International Frankfurt Book Fair 2021. Postdoc Fellowship at Univ. of Minnesota 2013. CINE Golden Eagle for Best Historical Documentary 2008. Taught Theatre & Film; Literary Translation; and Scholarly Writing at University of Vienna, Webster University, etc. Numerous publications in English, German & French in Canada, USA, UK, Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, etc.
